B&B Palazzo Rustici

The B&B Palazzo Rustici is a charming accommodation facility located in the San Marciano district, one of the historic districts of the city of L’Aquila, inside the eighteenth-century Palazzo Rustici, characterized by a suggestive internal courtyard with a well with cistern. The building was brought back to its former glory with a complete restoration and consolidation after the earthquake that hit L’Aquila on April 6, 2009.

The rooms, two doubles and one triple, all equipped with private internal services with hydromassage shower cabin and / or bathtub and bidet. The rooms are large, comfortable and bright, one of the two double bedrooms and the triple room have a large terrace.

A two-room suite of about 70 square meters is available, which can accommodate up to three people, characterized by decorated vaults and a bathroom with a shower cabin with hydromassage and a maxi free-standing bathtub, which can accommodate up to two people.

The cleaning of the rooms and the suite is done daily.

Two two-room apartments of 30 sqm (double) and 60 sqm (up to 4 beds) respectively, are available for overnight stays only, with an equipped kitchenette and private internal bathroom.

All the rooms are furnished with period furniture, the rooms and the suite are equipped with air conditioning, a fan, orthopedic wooden bed bases, XL 170 x 200 cm mattresses and memory foam pillows, a desk, a fridge, a kettle with tea and herbal teas , free wi-fi and Smart TV.

From the beginning of June to the end of September, a three hundred square meter garden used as a solarium and equipped with a hydromassage mini-pool that can accommodate up to six people is available free of charge, only for guests of the structure. The entrance is about sixty meters from the Palazzo Rustics.

Breakfast is included in the price of the suite and the rooms: it is served in a large room with a sweet and savory buffet and specific foods for guests with food intolerances.

There are various free public car parks in front of the entrance to the structure and in the immediate vicinity which can be used by guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, suites and apartments.
